BED SETS (Mattresses & Foundations)

NOTE:  Purchase represents acceptance of terms and conditions set forth.

Delivery:  Bed Set pricing  includes in-home “white-glove” residential delivery, in-home setup, installation and removal of your old mattress set  to Continental US, lower 48 states, only(no delivery available to AK and HI) via Home Direct USA. 

Lead Time: 5 - 6 weeks (estimated) from receipt of payment

Payment Options: Payment required with order via Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Payment will be processed at time of order.

Return / Cancellation Policy: All mattress and foundation sales are final – no cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Warranty: Simmons mattresses and foundations are covered by a 10-year, non-prorated warranty through the Simmons Company. Warranty card is attached to the delivered bed set.  

Warranty Inquiries:  For all warranty inquiries, contact the Simmons Warranty direct line 1-877-399-9397 and/or email address: claims@simmons.com.

Other:  Bed set prices include mattress and foundation, King and CA King include mattress and two foundation(split). Bed frame is not included.  

All sets include a 9” high foundation unless otherwise specified.

Mattress only purchases = $100 off of set price.

Customer’s Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the bed set when it is delivered.  Your signature on the shipping documents signifies that you are accepting receipt and that the merchandise is in good condition.  In the unlikely event that any damage is found, please refuse the shipment, note the damage on the shipping documents, and contact us immediately at (833) 926-8233.
